Growing Oyster Mushrooms: Day 2

Within one day, the mushrooms doubled in size.  It's growing so fast, that literally every hour that I walk passed the mushroom kit, it seems like it's just getting bigger and bigger.

Since this is my second time growing this type of kit, I realized that the key to successful mushroom growing is to keep the block of coffee grounds / spores completely moist.  So I mist it with water every 2-3 hours.  It loves the humidity, and lucky for me, New York City is sure humid in the summer. I can't wait to see what day 3 brings! Come back tomorrow to find out.
