Awww, Meems, I hope you're feeling better real soon. I just went over to visit my daughter, and little Alicyn is sick. Of course, she had to hug and kiss Gamma, so I'll just keep my fingers crossed I don't catch it.
Sounds like you got the creeping cruds-so sorry to hear that. It's going around good.....at least your getting it out of the way before the gardening season is upon you. Hope you feel better soon! PS-Love the bee cup!
Hope you feel much better. I drink some tamarind juice for sore throat sometime. Thanks for your idea using old seed catalogs for making seed envelope. My family and I had fun making them to store our home-saved seed this month.
I've heard that diluted chamomile tea helps to prevent dampening off in seadlings. I don't know if it's true or not, but if it helps your throat, I'll have to get some.
I'm right there with you. This is a nasty one. And now 2 of 3 children are hacking as well. Ah... sharing.

ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon. I am still lacking energy, and am stuffed up. I feel like I am on the mend, though.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you're feeling bad. Have you ever tried licorice root tea? It works well for this..Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I do hope you feel better soon. I love that sweet little bear.

Try gargling warm water with cayenne pepper in it. A few shakes of cayenne pepper, like 1/8 tsp to a cup of warm water. Works wonders!
