Yummy Breakfast

We are upstate in New Paltz, NY visiting family and Grammie for the new year and she made the most delicious goat cheese, red pepper, spinach and leek frittata. I will have to remember to make this recipe when our garden is up and running. It was so fresh, reminded me of summer!

    How bizarre we made the same thing, your Grammie and I, and posted the same day!
    Even more coincidence, Grammie is the name I choose when I (finally) get some grandkids.
