This is what's left of the old garage. A big pile of crap! Our poor neighbors had to look at this for a week, because we ordered a dumpster and had to wait a week for delivery.
dilapidated garage into the dumpster. Unfortunately, the dumpster was too wide for our driveway so it was parked in front of our house. Countless back and forth trips from our backyard to the dumpster and we finally filled it. It took us from 8am-3pm with a half hour lunch break.
Oh I hate having to get a dumpster, I remember it well! Big expense but it's so nice getting rid of all the debris and "being done"! Congrats!ReplyDelete
Looks like there might have been some fun in all that work... at least a sense of satisfaction!ReplyDelete
Oh, my! You may have soreness in places you didn't know you had after all that work. I'm sure you are glad to be finished with that!ReplyDelete
I asked my husband if he wanted to go to Trader Joe's today, and he said it's not open until next Friday. That explains why my sister went to the one an hour away. I'll get you a Nebraska bag if they have them, and let you know when I get it.
Damn, there's some usable stuff there. If I lived over there, I'd have taken that all away and built something!!!ReplyDelete
Yea! You are like me, get it done and on to the next project.ReplyDelete
